Blueberry waffles
1 1/2 cups rice or oat milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup blueberries
2 cups oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a large mixing bowl combine the oat/rice milk, applesauce, oil, maple syrup, vanilla and blueberries.
In another bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the blueberry mixture to make a batter.
Follow the directions on your waffle maker.
Serve with maple syrup or fruit topping.
